If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product within 60 days of the order date. To begin the return process, please click the "start" button above or contact our customer service team by email. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete the return.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. Once your return has been validated and completed, we will process the refund for the items in question.
We will process your return as soon as we receive it. Please note that processing a return can take up to 10 business days. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your return has been processed. You will receive your refund directly to the payment method used for your original order.
The total processing time for your return includes both shipping and internal processing time. Once we receive the returned products, please allow 10 business days for our team to review and process your return.
