If a product doesn't suit you, a return or exchange is of course possible, within a simple and clear framework.

Return deadlines

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

After this period, we review requests on a case-by-case basis .

Return conditions

To be accepted, the product must be:

• not worn
• unwashed
• with its original labels
  

Products tried on indoors are accepted, but any item worn in real-world conditions cannot be automatically returned. Each situation is then reviewed individually.

Products available for pre-order

Products ordered via pre-order can be returned under the same conditions as other items , once received.

The deadlines and terms are clearly indicated on each product page.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible for:

• a major change
  
• another product, depending on available stock
  

An exchange is accepted only once per order .

Depending on availability, a refund may be offered instead.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

In case of an error on our part (defective product, preparation error), Palmow will cover the return costs .

Refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method .

The processing time is approximately 10 days after receipt and validation of the return at our premises.

How do I request a return?

• Product photo (only in case of defect)

Special cases

Some situations require a personalized approach:

• returned product worn
