The Foulées du Parc race returns to Narbonne on Sunday, October 19, 2025, for a new edition focused on performance and camaraderie. Organized by the Athletic Club Narbonne Méditerranée, this event offers two FFA-certified courses (5 km and 10 km) within the Parc des Sports et de l'Amitié , an iconic Narbonne sports venue.
A fast and perfectly laid-out course, the Foulées du Parc offers runners an ideal terrain to beat their personal best. With its rolling loops, finish line on the athletics track, and family-friendly atmosphere, the race has established itself as a regional benchmark for road running enthusiasts.
The event is intended to be open to everyone , from children to seasoned athletes, in an accessible and welcoming atmosphere, typical of the south of France.
