Event presentation
The Gorilla Race returns on Sunday, October 26, 2025, in Saint-Genis-l'Argentière for a new edition focused on pushing personal limits and camaraderie. This trail running event, a must-do in the Monts du Lyonnais region , attracts passionate runners every year who come to test their limits on demanding and spectacular courses.
Two formats are available:

Gorilla Endu'Race – 18 km / 700 D+ : a technical and varied course, designed for experienced trail runners.

Gorilla Sprint – 8 km / 215 D+ : an accessible and fast route, ideal for discovering trail running or challenging yourself with friends.
Starts, finishes and entertainment take place in the heart of the village, in a festive and unifying atmosphere. Between forest sections, steep climbs and panoramic views, the Gorilla Race offers an authentic and friendly sporting experience, rooted in the Lyon region.
